Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient urology coverage during scheduled 12-hour shifts (7am – 7pm) on a 7 on/7 off rotation
- Take overnight beeper call as part of the rotation, managing urology consults and emergencies
Perform a wide range of urology procedures including ureteroscopy with laser, shockwave lithotripsy, laparoscopic and robotic surgeries, and endourologic interventions
Manage a diverse adult patient population, addressing both General Urology and complex oncologic cases
Collaborate with facility staff and support team to ensure continuity of care, with potential for transition to permanent position
Key Responsibilities
Provide inpatient urology coverage during 12-hour shifts and manage overnight beeper call for consults and emergencies. Perform a wide range of urological procedures, including robotic and laparoscopic surgeries, while collaborating with the facility support team.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology with a valid Washington state license or IMLC. Proficiency in Epic EMR and current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
