Role Overview

Summary of Job: NorthStar is looking for an Anesthesiologist to join our team at Effingham Hospital! 5 days/week, no nights, no call, no weekends, no holidays. Surgery center style job. Small critical access hospital with 2 ORs. Mainly medical direction, perform own cases 25% of the time. Cases: Bread & Butter, Ortho, GI, Eyes. Block proficiency required. Compensation: $550,000 PTO: 8 weeks

• Our ER is staffed by Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Specialists

• Outpatient Imaging Center includes an In-House MRI and 64-Slice CT Scan capabilities

Four Effingham Family Medicine locations and our Women’s Health practice serve 22,000 patients, with a 97% patient approval rating
