RFS Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our growing team serving the Bowling Green, Ohio area. This full-time position provides behavioral health services to children and families through our school-based and community-based programs.

Primary Responsibilities
* Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
* Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
* Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
* Collaborate with school personnel, families, and community providers
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
* Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case consultations
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
* Ohio licensure as LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or license eligible
* Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred
* Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
* Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
