Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services while overseeing patient assessments and treatment plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and provide ongoing training and support to staff to maintain clinical best practices.
Requirements
Requires a BCBA certification and experience in clinical leadership within a behavioral health setting. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage caseloads and provide effective mentorship to RBTs and trainees.
