Job Overview & Work Site
As the largest outpatient therapy provider in the Fredericksburg area, we work directly with over 20 orthopedic MDs and PAs in 8 community clinics affiliated with Mary Washington Healthcare.

- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational therapy program

Provide skilled, patient-centered occupational therapy services within a multidisciplinary outpatient setting. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care and participate in professional development programs.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program and hold or be eligible for an active state license. The role is suitable for new graduates and experienced therapists interested in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation.
