The therapist will maximize opportunities for children and adults to meet social/emotional goals as set forth by Northwestern Settlement’s vision.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

● Provide therapeutic treatment to a case-load of school-aged children and their families, providing trauma-informed, strength-based clinical interventions targeting individualized, collaboratively developed treatment plan goals. Services provided at the agency office. ● Coordinate services with other relevant providers and develop appropriate referral plans. ● Complete thorough and timely documentation, including assessment, service notes, and other Medicaid-required service documentation, using web-based client services platforms.
