The Staff Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services, including sterile compounding oversight and medication management to ensure safe patient care. They also participate in clinical rounds, maintain patient records, and support interdisciplinary teams to drive operational improvements.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a current Registered Pharmacist license in New York. A minimum of two years of acute care experience or one year of home infusion experience is preferred.
