The pharmacist provides clinical oversight of pharmacy operations, including verifying prescription orders and supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure safety and compliance. They also conduct patient assessments and consultations while maintaining high standards of medication therapy delivery.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited school and possess a current, unrestricted pharmacist license. Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy settings is preferred, along with strong communication and independent decision-making skills.
