FULL-TIME PHYSICAL THERAPIST

First Senior Center

  • NORCROSS, GEORGIA
  • VIETNAMESE FLUENCY PREFERRED; CONVERSATIONAL VIETNAMESE WELCOMED

The joy is already here. Our privilege is to help keep it going.

Walk into First Senior Center and you feel it: music, laughter, celebration, friendship, and a remarkable sense of belonging. This is a space where older adults are actively living, sharing traditions, and finding joy in being together.

Prava Therapy has the opportunity to join that energy—not replace it. We are bringing exceptional physical therapy into a place already doing extraordinary things for its seniors.

We’re looking for a full-time PT who sees that as an honor, and who wants their clinical work to mean something beyond the treatment session.

Keep Their World Big.

A little less confidence walking. A slower rise from a chair. A change in balance that makes someone skip a favorite activity. These are moments worth noticing—before a fall, hospitalization, or loss of independence.

Here, your work can help someone keep dancing at a celebration, joining friends for lunch, moving safely at home, and showing up for the moments that make life meaningful.

We don’t want to wait until life gets smaller to intervene. We want to help keep it big.

What You’LL Do

  • Provide individualized, evidence-informed PT focused on mobility, balance, strength, endurance, pain, fall risk, and neurological needs.
  • Build lasting relationships with seniors and families, recognizing meaningful changes in function early.
  • Connect skilled treatment to real-life goals—participation, independence at home, and confidence in daily activities.
  • Collaborate with First Senior Center’s team on appropriate screenings, fall-prevention education, wellness initiatives, and referral pathways.
  • Educate families and caregivers with practical strategies that carry over beyond the center.
  • Help shape a community-embedded therapy program grounded in clinical quality, cultural respect, and measurable outcomes.

Your Clinical Expertise. Prava’S Support.

Prava brings AI-enabled documentation tools, billing and revenue-cycle support, credentialing infrastructure, clinical resources, and operational partnership. You bring your judgment, curiosity, relationships, and commitment to great care. Together, we can build a therapy program that fits the community—not ask the community to fit a therapy program.

Connection Matters.

First Senior Center serves a vibrant Vietnamese community. Vietnamese fluency is preferred, and conversational Vietnamese is welcomed. Being able to connect with seniors and families in a familiar language can deepen trust, education, and understanding. Equally important is a genuine respect for the culture and people you serve.

Some PT jobs give you a place to practice. This one gives you a community you’ll be honored to serve.

Join Prava Therapy at First Senior Center. Help seniors keep moving, participating, celebrating—and living well.
