Job Description
- vision Promote long-term oral health through patient-centered education and engagement Clinic Support & Operations Set up, maintain, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with guidelines Support patient flow, including triage and coordination of care Assist with general clinic operations and administrative support as needed Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records and reports Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations governing dental services Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times What You Bring Required Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited dental hygiene program Current Indiana Dental Hygienist license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Knowledge of dental procedures, patient care practices, and safety standards Strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Experience in a community health, public health, or outpatient dental setting Experience working with diverse or underserved populations Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Join Us If you are a patient-focused dental professional who is passionate about preventive care and making a meaningful impact in the community, we encourage you to apply and be part of a team making a difference every day.
