Home Health Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
- Assess the patients' living space to identify fall hazards and provide specific, actionable recommendations to improve safety and accessibility.
- Teach patients and their families how to perform daily exercises and safely manage chronic conditions.
Home Health Physical Therapist Qualifications
- Must have an active BLS Certification or be eligible to obtain one
- Must have a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Must have an active Oregon License to practice Physical Therapy

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and possess an active Oregon state license. An active BLS certification is also required for this position.
