Key Responsibilities
The Medical Director Associate supports pharmacy prior authorization reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely responses. They provide clinical guidance and conduct peer-to-peer reviews with ordering providers to discuss determinations.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree with active, unrestricted medical licensure and board certification from ABMS or AOA. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is required for this role.
