Job Description
Create an outstanding customer experience by embracing the Customer 1st strategy and inspire associates to deliver excellent customer service. Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, control all established quality assurance standards and expenses and properly schedule and staff technicians to meet the needs of the business. Monitor all functions, duties and activities for the department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy and possess a current state pharmacist license in good standing. Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and the ability to handle stressful situations are required.
