Join Anew Care as a Palliative Nurse Practitioner in Kokomo, Indiana. Palliative Nurse Practitioner opening at Anew PRN hours available in the Kokomo / Tipton / Noblesville, IN area! Anew Palliative Care LLC is Indiana owned and operated with Hoosier hospitality ingrained in everything we do.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
  • Current nursing licensure in State and CPR certification, as required by organizational policy.
  • Pediatrics: Must have experience and/or training in the developmental stages and needs of infants, children and adolescents.
  • Accreditation from an approved certifying body for advanced practice nursing as required by State.

Work Schedule

  • Part-Time position.

Key Responsibilities

The Palliative Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive home care services, including evaluating health history and diagnosing medical conditions. They develop and manage individualized palliative care plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to manage terminal illnesses.
