Anesthesiologist (Night Float) - Crouse Health Hospital - Full Time

Position Requirements

Description

We are currently seeking a night float anesthesiologist to join our growing

anesthesia practice in Syracuse, NY. Our group provides anesthesia services at

Crouse Health Hospital. Our anesthesiologists and CRNAs work together in a care

team model. We offer a wide variety of anesthesia services including: cardiac,

major vascular, orthopedics, obstetrics, neurosurgery, general surgery, urology,

and gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia

• Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered

• Pre-anesthesia assessment

• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent

• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient

• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia

• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition

• Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements

• Schedule: 26 weeks on, 26 weeks off (7p-7a)

• M. D./D. O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine

• ECFMG and FLEX

• Completion of approved residency in anesthesia

• Currently licensed as a physician

26 week on/26 week off anesthesiologist position
