The BCBA will lead and supervise RBTs and BTs while developing evidence-based intervention plans and functional behavior assessments. They are also responsible for coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and providing monthly caregiver training to build family capacity.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. An active BCBA certification from the BACB is required, along with a passion for working with children and families affected by autism.
