The BCBA will lead and supervise RBTs and BTs while designing evidence-based intervention plans for children with autism. They will also conduct functional behavior assessments and provide ongoing training to caregivers to ensure holistic client outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. An active BCBA certification from the BACB is required for this role.
