Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations in patients' homes to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions. Develop individualized care plans, prescribe treatments, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with an active New York State PA license and board certification. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with patients.
