Job Description

Job Details:

Job Location: Visalia - Visalia, CA, Salary Range: $84000.00 - $94000.00Salary/year, Dream Big Children’s Center was founded in 2016 by Cristina Cordeiro, a BCBA and mother who believes every child deserves the chance to dream big.

Today, more than 150 team members, whom we call Dreamers, support children and families across 11 centers in Southern California. We provide in-center, 1:1 play-based autism therapy for children ages 18 months to 5 years.

Because we accept Medi-Cal, we reach many families who might otherwise struggle to access early intervention, including many Spanish-speaking families. Our values (Fun, Inclusive, Excellent, Caring, and Growth-Oriented) guide how we support our children, our families, and one another.

We’re looking for a BCBA who shares those values and wants to help a clinical team grow. Why BCBAs Choose Dream Big Center-based care: Work alongside your clinical team in one location, with no driving between clients.

Three-tiered clinical support: Every case has a Behavior Consultant (BC) who provides direct clinical support and case management under your supervision.

On-site operational support: Each center has an Operations Coordinator who assists with scheduling, cancellations, staffing communications, authorization tracking, substitutes, and other operational needs.

Ongoing professional development: Annual CEU allowance, two hours of clinical training every other week, quarterly Clinical Leadership Summits, and our annual Vision Day. Clinical guidance: Ongoing monthly Quality Assurance support for your cases.

Career growth: Opportunities to advance into Center Director and Regional Director roles, plus relocation opportunities. Bonus opportunities: Monthly billable incentives for hours exceeding the target and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Paid time off: Seven paid holidays and approximately two weeks of accrued PTO annually. Health benefits: Generous employer contributions toward medical coverage, with HMO and PPO options through carriers including Kaiser, Anthem, Health Net, and UnitedHealthcare.

Retirement benefits: 401(k) program with a 4% company match on employee contributions. Technology support: Company-provided laptop and cell phone stipend.

About the Role As a BCBA with Dream Big, you’ll provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized treatment plans for children ages 18 months to 5 years. You’ll guide Behavior Consultants and Behavior Therapists in delivering naturalistic ABA that builds independence, social interaction, and inclusion.

Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday, with four days in-center and one remote workday per week. Workdays range from six to eight hours within our center operating hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Compensation $84,000 - 94,000 per year, based on experience. What You’ll Do Oversee Behavior Consultants as they conduct functional behavior assessments, review data, and develop individualized goals and treatment plans.
