Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to the Clinical Policy team by ensuring medical and pharmacy policies are evidence-based and aligned with clinical advancements. Direct clinical publishing efforts and serve as a cross-functional scientific authority to elevate care quality across the organization.
Requirements
Requires a Medical Degree (MD or DO) with active board certification and over 10 years of relevant experience, including significant time in clinical policy and people management. Candidates must have a proven track record in clinical policy drafting, publishing, and leading multi-disciplinary clinical committees.
