Pharmacist - Full Time

As a Full-Time Pharmacist at SJ's Pharmacy, you'll be at the center of a fast-paced, highly collaborative open and closed-door pharmacy operation supporting inpatient behavioral health and forensic residential care.

Your day will include reviewing and verifying medication orders, resolving clinical and insurance-related issues, supporting medication reconciliation and cycle-fill processes, responding to nursing and provider questions, and ensuring medications are prepared accurately and delivered on time.

You'll work closely with pharmacy technicians, nurses, prescribers, and facility leadership while overseeing medication safety, regulatory compliance, controlled-substance accountability, inventory and formulary management, and real-time problem solving.

Our pharmacists are not simply dispensing medications-they are clinical partners who help strengthen medication-use processes, improve workflow, identify opportunities for quality improvement, and ensure patients receive safe, timely, and appropriate medication therapy.
