Job Description

Medical Director Opportunity – Animal Medical Center San Rafael, CA

Animal Medical Center San Rafael is a spacious, 4,000 sq/ft modern practice located just north of San Francisco. With 3 exam rooms and all the amenities of a fully equipped hospital, our team provides outstanding patient care in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Case mix: General Practice Soft-tissue surgeries such as spay/neuter, mass removal, laceration repair, cystotomy, gastropexy, enucleation, and general preventative wellness care.

Technology & equipment: 3 exam rooms; in-house labs (blood and urine); in-house digital radiology and ultrasound; dentals; digital dental radiology.

You are a veterinarian who is

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
  • Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
  • Strong communication and client-education skills

Previous experience managing multi-doctor practice and or current work experience as Lead Veterinarian, Chief of Staff, or Medical Director strongly encouraged to apply.
