Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will implement and monitor patient care plans while serving as a primary coordinator for patient care. They are also responsible for assessing discharge planning needs and communicating patient conditions to the healthcare team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin or Minnesota and obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire. A diploma from an accredited nursing school is required, along with at least 2 years of RN experience.
