• Monday shift at Hazleton Surgery Center in Hazleton, PA.
• Located in the heart of Northeast Pennsylvania ski country.
• Work a shift and enjoy night skiing.

Compensation

• Per Diem rate: $300/hour
• Medical professional liability insurance

Practice Environment

• Per diem | Monday | 8 hours per day
• The annual case volume is 2,500 (1,500 GI + 1,000 surgical)
• Case mix: Pediatric ENT, Adult ENT, and GI
• 1-2 ORs daily
• Medical direction of 1-2 CRNAs

Qualifications

• Active PA license
• Board-certified
