Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist evaluates and implements treatment plans for patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, or wound-related injuries to restore function and relieve pain. They also collaborate with the care team, educate patients and caregivers, and supervise support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Utah or be eligible via the Physical Therapy Compact. Additionally, they must obtain an RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential within 30 days of hire.
