The Behavioral Health Specialist provides direct patient care and supports therapeutic programming for patients in a hospital setting. They work under the supervision of nursing staff to assist with daily management and activities of daily living.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those with college coursework in healthcare or mental health. Applicants should also possess or be willing to obtain CPR and Handle With Care certifications.
