Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and provide direct treatment while supervising RBTs and practicum students. They are also responsible for maintaining clinical documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing training to caregivers.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in ABA or a related field and possess an active national BCBA certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism is required.
