Pay information…

Guaranteed daily rate starting at $800/day during the orientation period (based on experience and clinical capabilities)

Earn 32%+ adjusted production compensation, with opportunities to increase through the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay Program

No cap on your earning potential

Access to an extensive network of Endodontists, Pediatric Dentists, Periodontists, Orthodontists, and Oral Surgeons

• What we require you have…
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
