Join LogZone, Inc. as a Lead RN Case Manager – M-F Schedule in Colchester, VT, US. LOGZONE is a premier Veterans Administration-Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) firm. Since 2007, LOGZONE has provided services in Logistics and Material Management, Facilities Operations and Maintenance, Integrated Logistics Support and Planning, and Medical Support.

Key Responsibilities
The Lead RN Case Manager will oversee clinical case management operations to support the medical readiness of the Vermont Army National Guard. This role involves supervising staff and coordinating care within a military health environment.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license and possess at least four years of total nursing experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity. Applicants must also be U.S. citizens capable of passing a Tier 1 background investigation.
