Key Responsibilities
The Regional Director of Nursing assesses and monitors nursing practices and regulatory compliance across assigned communities while leading clinical survey preparedness. They also mentor nursing leadership, assist in the development of training curricula, and act as an interim Director of Nursing when necessary.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in Nursing (LPN or RN) with at least ten years of nursing experience, preferably in senior and memory care. Strong knowledge of assisted living laws, project management skills, and the ability to travel frequently are required.
