Schedule: Full time day/evening shifts - three locations in Canandaigua, Newark
and Farmington

Qualifications

• Active NYS certification/registration as a Nurse Practitioner

• BLS, ACLS required. PALS recommended

• DEA license required

• Able to gain appropriate FFTH privileges

Education

* Graduation from an approved school as a Nurse Practitioner
* Meets continuing education requirements of the applicable discipline board

Experience

* Previous experience as an NP preferred particularly in urgent care or
emergency medicine
* Previous experience in primary care medicine preferred 

Pay Range: $85/hour

Starting Pay: Based on Experience
