Responsibilities

• Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-time (0.8 FTE)
• Location: Critical Access Hospital/ Hospital Outpatient; Crookston
• Position Status: 0.8 FTE (64 hours per pay period); Non-exempt subject to over-time
• Schedule: 64 hours per two-week pay period; flexible scheduling available; includes weekend and holiday rotation
• Pay Range: $39.38 - $50.95/hourly - (based on experience)

RiverView Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Rehabilitation Services team. This full-time position is 64–80 hours per pay period and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population across outpatient and inpatient settings.

This position includes participation in a weekend and holiday rotation.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist at RiverView Health, you will:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on functional, measurable goals.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions across outpatient, inpatient, and sub-acute settings.
• Help patients improve mobility, independence, function, and overall quality of life.

Identify and address each patient's physical, emotional, cultural, and psychosocial needs with compassion and professionalism.

Educate patients and families on safety, mobility, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress.

Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

• Effectively delegate and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as appropriate.
• Complete timely documentation and billing in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
• Maintain clinical competency through continuing education and professional development.

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (MPT, MS, or DPT).

Current State of Minnesota Physical Therapist licensure or eligibility for licensure.

Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. If not current, training will be provided and certification must be obtained within 4 months from the date of hire or employment will be terminated.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of healthcare or clinical experience.
• Previous experience in outpatient and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Specialized training or interest in Pelvic Health Services.
