Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate functional needs and create individualized care plans to help residents achieve safer, more independent daily living. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage documentation for evaluations, outcomes, and discharge planning.

Requirements

Candidates must hold or be eligible for a current Occupational Therapist license in the practicing state. Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to work with older adults in long-term care settings are required.
