Summary

Performs/oversees daily operations to support Clinical Therapy Services.

Responsibilities

Maintains patient lists and patient data tracking for outcome reporting. Develops and maintains daily activity schedules. Provides community outreach and engagement as needed. Provides case management and clinical services for clients and their families. Evaluates and assesses the needs and strengths of clients and families. Facilitates groups with adults and/or adolescents.

Additional Job Information

Required Work Experience: One (1) year of experience working with patients who have behavioral health conditions such as substance abuse and/or serious mental illness.
