Compensation & Benefits:
*Based on a 40-hour work week
W2 Salary (based on experience):
0–2 yrs: $241,280
2–5 yrs: $266,240
5+ yrs: $301,600
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Relocation assistance/allowance available up to *$10,000 for out-of-state or out-of-area candidates

Opportunity for extra shifts with increased compensation
Premium pay for weekend and evening hours
PTO: 7 weeks (includes CME)

Practice Environment:
Practice Independently in a full-service, Level 2 Trauma Center
26 ORs + 2 OB Suites | ~17,000 cases annually | ~4,000 births
Case Variety: General, ortho, neuro, GYN, urology, GI, plastics, robotics, OB
Skills: Regional Lines, epidurals, spinals. Practice to the full scope of your training.
Flexible Shifts: 10s, 12s, 14s, and 24s available
Schedule: Standard day shift 7a–5p
No more than two late shifts (past 5pm) per week
Independent Practice
Qualifications:
Board Certified CRNA
Active WA license, DEA, State CDS
ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Minimum 1 year of experience
