Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care as part of a multidisciplinary team to improve patient health and well-being. Participate in clinical support activities and maintain a call schedule of 6 days per month.

Requirements

Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine and capable of obtaining an Arizona medical license. A valid DEA registration with full prescriptive authority is required for the position.
