Key Responsibilities
The LPN Triage Nurse Liaison coordinates patient care across perioperative and post-acute phases while serving as a primary communication link between patients, families, and providers. They provide in-clinic support, perform triage functions, and ensure continuity of care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited LPN program with current Florida licensure and at least one to two years of relevant clinical experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required or must be obtained upon employment.
