Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct thorough patient examinations, evaluations, and medical histories
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, lab work, and imaging studies
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and treatment options

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Michigan medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Board-certified or board-eligible in relevant specialty
• Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and bedside manner skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
