Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive starting pay of 55-58 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal care with a focus on patient comfort, education, and clinical quality
• Take the time to understand each patient’s needs and concerns
• Help patients understand their oral health and feel confident in their treatment
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to provide coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Contribute to a respectful, positive, and patient-focused practice environment
• Utilize Dentrix, Overjet AI for accurate, cloud-based charting and clinical records
• Perform thorough preventive and periodontal therapies, including scaling and root planing (SRP) and prophylaxis

Requirements

• Current New York State Dental Hygienist license, or pending licensure
• Strong clinical and patient-education skills
• A gentle, compassionate, patient-first approach
• Clear communication and a commitment to teamwork
• A dependable professional who wants enough time to provide thoughtful, thorough care
• Open to new graduates or experienced Hygienists
• Active NY RDH License or pending license
