Key Responsibilities

* Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and follow-up visits.

* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.

* Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.

* Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate care.

* Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans.

* Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to optimize

outcomes.

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
