Job Description

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Clinical Research

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 annually

The Clinical Research Division at The IMA Group is dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative, patient-focused clinical trials. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing research team and help bring new treatments to patients while ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate potential study participants and determine trial eligibility.
  • Perform physical examinations and study-related assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, sponsor requirements, and internal SOPs.
  • Collaborate with Sponsors, Study Monitors, and Medical Monitors.
  • Complete required sponsor training and attend investigator meetings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical and/or research experience.

Clinical research experience preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong clinical backgrounds and a willingness to learn research processes.
