Key Responsibilities
The LPHA is responsible for providing therapeutic counseling, community support services, and monitoring consumer progress within a person-centered environment. They must also participate in treatment team staffings, document services in clinical records, and respond to crisis situations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field with 2 to 3 years of specialized experience. Licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or Ph.D. is required, along with a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
