Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker provides comprehensive case management and therapeutic interventions to assist children and families in accessing necessary medical, social, and educational services. They are responsible for conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining a trauma-informed environment.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and possess an LBSW license. Additionally, a valid Minnesota driver's license with auto insurance and the ability to pass background screenings are required.
