Key Responsibilities
The social worker will develop comprehensive assessments and care plans to support the emotional and social needs of geriatric psychiatric patients. They will also facilitate discharge planning and collaborate with families and medical teams to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in social work or a human services field, with a master's degree and LMSW licensure being highly preferred. At least one year of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting is required.
