Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker conducts in-depth intakes and assessments for elderly clients and Holocaust survivors to develop and coordinate comprehensive care plans. They also provide crisis intervention, psychotherapeutic support, and maintain detailed case records and financial documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field and possess experience in care management and community-based service delivery. A valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to pass a criminal background check are mandatory.
