Key Responsibilities
The clinician will provide initial assessments and psychotherapy to address the emotional, social, and psychological needs of residents in a skilled nursing facility. They will also function as a lead member of an interdisciplinary team while managing patient documentation and facility correspondence.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a master's degree and a valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in the state of Texas. A minimum of two years of counseling and therapy experience is required, along with knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid documentation standards.
