This position offers weekends off. Work with Hospice of North Alabama in Laceys Spring, Alabama.
Key Responsibilities
The RN Case Manager will assess patient needs and create personalized hospice care plans while providing direct nursing care and symptom management. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current nursing license and at least one year of nursing experience. A valid driver's license and an insured automobile are required for travel within the coverage area.
