Description
North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking anesthesiologists to join the NAPA SWAT Program. This distinct travel opportunity allows clinicians to practice collaboratively in a multispecialty team of physicians and CRNAs. Together, these clinicians promote positive patient experiences and deliver the highest quality of healthcare to the communities we serve across the Northeast region which includes CT, NH, MA and NY. Staff members work in a care-team model.

- Schedule: vary based on location. Anesthesiologists may have one weekend per month in either a call capacity or as a regularly scheduled shift.
- Diverse case mix
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current medical licensure
- ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
