What You'll Do

* Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care while educating patients
on lifelong oral health.
* Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, oral cancer screenings, and
preventive therapies.
* Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team to develop individualized
treatment plans.
* Build trusting, long-term relationships that encourage patient education,
treatment acceptance, and continuity of care.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of
patient care and infection control.
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment focused on clinical
excellence and outstanding patient experiences.

Qualifications

* Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
* Current Washington Dental Hygiene license (or ability to obtain prior to
employment).
* Current CPR certification.
* Local anesthesia certification (or ability to obtain if required by state
regulations).
* Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to clinical excellence.
