Role

As a Clinician, you'll help people reclaim their lives, one client at a time, through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and care that adapts as they progress.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and the experience itself, turning anxiety into informed confidence
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using our clinical protocols as your foundation and your clinical judgment to tailor treatment to each client for the best outcomes
• Partner with Mindbloom guides to give each client a coordinated, whole-person

• State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP (minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience) licensed in Nevada with an active DEA registration

THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS $120,000 - $180,000 USD (BASED ON 40 HOURS / WEEK). THE ACTUAL TOTAL ANNUAL COMPENSATION MAY DIFFER BASED ON YOUR CURRENT LEVEL OF JOB-RELATED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE, LOCATION, LICENSURE, AND MARKET DATA CHANGES. CONSULT WITH YOUR RECRUITER DURING ANY POTENTIAL SCREENING TO DETERMINE A MORE TARGETED RANGE BASED ON THE JOB-RELATED FACTORS.
